Dr. Carsten Giersch

Carsten Giersch (born 1965) is an expert on political risks and issues of strategic cooperation. He recently completed his Habilitationsschrift Risikoeinstellungen in internationalen Konflikten (Risk Attitudes in International Conflicts). He has long-standing experience in analysing the political systems of Germany, the European Union, and other foreign countries as well as assessing international relations and specific security challenges.
